Working Experience and Expertise:

Dr. Sachin was the Co Author for paper on prevalence of AMRD in south India presented at American Academy Of Ophthalmology in 2007. He presented a research paper on Conjunctival melanoma at 62nd Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmological Society at the Conference at Varanasi in 2004. He was the Co-author in scientific poster presentations at SERI-ARVO conference at Singapore in 2004. Dr. Sachin presented a research poster on Atypical Viral Retinitis at 62nd Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmological Society, Conference at Varanasi in 2004. Presented a research paper on knowledge, attitude and practice about Diabetic Retinopathy among physicians in 52nd Annual conference of Tamil Nadu Ophthalmic association at Tirnelveli in 2004. He has been a part of Sankara Nethralaya epidemiological study on Diabetic Retinopathy that was published in the Ophthalmic Epidemiology Journal. Dr. Sachin has worked on various projects in Tele-Ophthalmology. Besides this, Dr. Sachin has done many case presentations at national and international conferences. His areas of interest includes:

– Diabetic Retinopathy,
– Retinopathy of prematurity,
– Age related macular degeneration.
