How do I register as a patient?

Patients can walk in and get registered and admitted on producing any written document/ oral instruction from the doctor to the reception for admission into the hospital.
What are the procedures to be followed for admission in the hospital?
Admission: Insurance Patient
Please bring the latest insurance ID card, a copy of the current insurance policy and contact Vision Hospital Insurance department.

Admission: Corporate Patient
Please bring the authorization letter issued by the company for availing the cashless service and your company identity card.

Do I need to make a request for an appointment?

Yes. It is always better to come with the prior appointment to avoid any inconvenience.

Who are the doctors available at Vision Multispeciality Hospital?

We have highly specialized full time consultants and visiting consultants tending to your well-being at Vision Multispeciality Hospital. You can select the consultant as per your choice.

What are the various categories of rooms available in the Hospital?

We have the following room categories.

Deluxe Suite:
Individual rooms which are spacious and Luxurious have been specially designed to meet the varying needs of today’s family & social needs. Visitor’s lounge gives more privacy and less crowding in the patient’s room. Availability of attendant beds and cozy sofa’s make the hospital stay memorable.

Deluxe:
Individual rooms where the patient’s comfort meets the luxury is what one comes to feel at the very first sight. Facility for attendant’s stay and adequate space for visitors to move around is admirable.

Private Room:

When the focus is on privacy coupled with economy, Private rooms come handy. All comforts for a smooth stay along with an attendant is available in private rooms/

General ward/Economy ward:

Separate wards are available for both males and females. Individual screen partitions ensure privacy. No attenders are allowed to stay along with the patient in these ward categories.

What information do I need to bring with me to the Hospital?

Patients should bring the following information when registering:

  • Insurance Card
  • Medicare/Medicaid card
  • Name and Social Security Number of insured
  • Referral forms from your physician (if required by your insurance carrier)
  • Referral/Order Guidelines
  • Worker’s compensation information (if applicable)
  • Driver’s license
